Robert has an Advaned Deer Management Qualification.
He uses specialized Deer Management software to keep a comprehensive record and data base of all Deer, their movements and numbers, under his management.
This enables him to more acuratly pinpoint areas of greater need and to follow, with clear numerical evidents, the population in your area.
When not manageing deer Robert is presently working as an Executive Head Chef. Robert enjoys combineing his enthusiasm for deer stalking with his skill in the kitchen, venison recipes being a speciality.
Robert has worked as a chef at the top London and Bermuda hotels before returning to Devon, where he has been able to pursue his interests in deer management and control, along with many other country pursuits.
